New Bern, North Carolina – Tryon Palace Bridal Portraits – Courtney

As of this past Saturday, Courtney Wegman-Gorman is the stunning bride of Michael Gorman. After photographing their engagement session, we knew the wedding was going to be unforgettable. We’re in the process of editing their wedding and trust me, it’s going to be a blog you don’t wanna miss. In the mean time, here’s Courtney’s lovely bridal portraits, filled with the sweet warmth of the sun and the delightful elegance of Tryon Palace‘s gardens. After the gates were closed to the palace and the gardens began to rest from tourists and visiting traffic, there grew a quiet and momentous air among the undisturbed paths, filled with arresting flowers and richly growing greenery. Every bird’s song was gently audible with the wind accompanying their tunes. So, as anyone in this moment would attest, it was most definitely a wonderful day to photograph a wonderful woman. We walked through the still and calm landscape to capture one of favorite brides! Courtney, as years pass and history is made between you and your new husband things will change. Time will pass and age will come. However, in those quiet moments Britt and I had, photographing you in the array of beauty that you possess, we saw the inner-woman you are. That woman is a wonderful person, full of beauty that time cannot age nor blemish. We hope these portraits forever hold the outer reflection of the person you are in your heart.

Courtney and family, These are so impressive. I had no idea how beautiful this setting can be for one exquisite bride! The lighting, natural beauty, your gorgeous dress and veil, your hair and touches of make-up, all have heightened how lovely you are already. Wow. I am enthralled. Thanks so much for sharing!
